Papers submitted to OTCN 2025 will be reviewed by Technical Committees of the conference.
Accepted and presented papers at OTCN 2025 will be included in
OTCN 2025 Conference Proceedings published by SPIE and submitted for inclusion in major databases such as EI and Scopus.
Please note: According to the conference ethics, the conference
organizer cannot promise any indexation on the conference site. The index service
company has the final right to decide whether the paper can be indexed or not. Please
